Starsill couldn't identify my book.
The photo waits in your Inbox. Open it to try again or search by title, author or ISBN. Failed attempts don't count toward your free saves.
How are free saves counted?
You get ten a month. One is used only when you save a book that Starsill's AI identified. Settings → How captures are counted has the details.
I subscribed but Starsill doesn't show it.
In Starsill, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple manages subscriptions. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Your library stays open after you cancel.
I'm moving to a new iPhone.
Restoring from an iCloud or device backup brings your library with it. You can also use Settings → Export Library, then Import Library on the new phone. Exports don't include photos.
I don't want to send photos.
Turn off Image Recognition in Starsill's Settings. You can still search for books by title, author or ISBN.
How do I turn analytics off?
In Starsill's Settings, turn off Share Usage Analytics.
How do I delete my data?
Delete books or Inbox items one at a time in the app, or delete the app to remove its data from your iPhone. Backups and exports you made keep their own copies. The privacy policy explains what other services may keep.
